Here are a few valuable tips for your next writing project: Read any set of four or five words and if those words aren't getting to the point, turn them into one or two that do. Before considering a project done, have someone else read the document to find out if reading creates more questions. If so, then answer those questions in the document. Have you sufficiently answered who, what, when, where, why, how, and how much? If you're updating a project, ask yourself, "What confusion existed last year that we can clarify now? What were people frustrated about? What questions were asked?" Which words in your document have more than one definition? Could any of those words confuse the reader if they choose the wrong definition as they read? When creating and designing your project, offer your reader a chance to experience inspiring ideals as a result of their contact with your work, such as the CastleHearth mission of Empowerment, Knowledge, and Peace.
